Connor Drella is a Navy veteran, licensed master electrician, and business development executive who leads high pressure operations and solves complex business problems across industries. He began his career launching aircraft from the flight deck of the USS Abraham Lincoln, where discipline, precision, and accountability shaped his leadership.

After the Navy, Connor advanced from the electrical trades into estimating and project management with substantial P&L responsibility, managing multimillion dollar projects in healthcare, financial services, municipal government, higher education, and mission critical environments where execution must be flawless. He has structured and supported well over $100 million in deals and projects and supported private capital raises exceeding $1 million.

Connor earned his MBA from the Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College, graduating at the top of his class with induction into Beta Gamma Sigma. His graduate consulting work supported AdventHealth, Winter Park Chamber of Commerce, ThinkKey, Mystic Kava, and Fusion Labs, and included a full digital marketing and market analysis capstone for Ferrari. A program trip to Santiago, Chile led him to co found Pisco Tech Global, where as CEO he leads Remmora, a dynamic pricing platform for bars and hospitality venues, alongside a growing portfolio that includes procurement software and a specialized proprietary compliance software product he built to first beta.

He is also founder and CEO of Excess Holdings LLC, a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business operating as a fractional business development and sales firm. Excess Holdings represents client brands at networking events, trade shows, and international summits, structures commissioned sales and referral partnerships, connects clients with capital, partners, and government stakeholders, and delivers go to market strategy and marketing solutions. Registered in SAM.gov, the firm guides small businesses through federal registration and SBA certification and pursues cross border opportunities in Mexico and Colombia.

As Business Development Director for Dream Cars 4 Kids, a 501(c)(3) bringing supercar experiences to medically fragile children, Connor leads sponsor outreach and major fundraising events. He is pursuing Florida unlimited electrical contractor licensure and holds strong relationships across Central Florida through the Rollins alumni network, Leadership Orlando, Associated Builders and Contractors, and the exotic car community.
