After the Navy, Connor transitioned into large scale electrical and technology work, managing multimillion dollar projects in healthcare, financial services, municipal government, higher education, and mission critical environments. While completing his MBA at Rollins, Connor expanded his strategic reach through consulting and market research projects across a wide range of sectors. His work supported organizations such as AdventHealth, Winter Park Chamber of Commerce, ThinkKey, Mystic Kava, Fusion Labs, Pisco Tech Global, and a full digital marketing and market analysis project for Ferrari as part of the program’s capstone coursework. He also contributed to community and philanthropic work through Dream Cars 4 Kids, helping build events that blend supercar culture with charitable impact.

Excess Holdings is the firm Connor founded to unite this operational, technical, and strategic expertise under one roof. It is a veteran owned consultancy focused on pricing strategy, cost control, market research, business planning, operational improvement, and sustainable revenue growth.
